[midPoint] Label 'Incomplete' on projection when using resource with a manual connector.

When I'm adding an assignment for a user to a resource with a manual
connector, the column 'Pending operation' of the corresponding
projection contains the label 'In progress' and 'Incomplete'.

After completing the case and running the Shadow refresh task the label 'In
progress' disappears but the label 'Incomplete' is still there. All
attribute values in the case were filled.

Does anybody know what this label indicates? I'm using midPoint 4.10 but
have observed the same situation in previous versions.
