[midPoint] Label 'Incomplete' on projection when using resource with a manual connector.

After some research I've found a solution, although I'm not sure if this is
the right approach.
The label is displayed because the shadow purpose is set to incomplete.
According to
https://docs.evolveum.com/midpoint/reference/master/resources/shadow/purpose/
this
value 'is stored by midPoint to remember that additional action is needed'.
An example is setting a password. As a manual resource is disconnected,
such actions don't seem to work.
For now I've adapted the outbound mapping example on the above page to
always return ShadowPurposeType.REGULAR, which clears the label.
