[midPoint] v3.9 to v4.0 upgrade - features planned for removal

Hello All!

I'm about to upgrade my midPoint installation to v4.0.1.
According to upgrade procedure, I ran ninja tool to scan the repository
objects for removed features in v4 and got over 4,5MB log file with over
40000 lines.

Among them I can see entries like this:
"schemaHandling/objectType/[4]/assignmentPolicyEnforcement planned for
removal in version 4.0"

But according this page:
https://wiki.evolveum.com/display/midPoint/Projection+Policy

"The projection policy can be configured at several layers:
[...]
Resource Schema Handling
<https://wiki.evolveum.com/display/midPoint/Resource+Schema+Handling> per
objectType definition. Overrides resource and system configuration."

This is allowed and correct usage and is not marked as deprecated.
Where is the truth? Do I have to remove this from my resource
configurations?
