[midPoint] Self Registration GUI

I have configured self-registration according to guide

and i use ths registration form

I don't know why, but there are 3 small clickable icons ( div class=  class
="col-xs-2" and button class="btn btn-box-tool" in HTML) on
self-registration page in password field. Any idea how get rid of them and
fix password field ?

Tested mP versions:
mP 3.6.1: ok
mP 3.7: 3 clickable icons but self-registration works ok
mP 3.7.1: self-registration page is not displayed at all
mP 3.8-SNAPSHOT: 3  clickable icons but self-registration works ok
