[midPoint] [midpoint] Audit Reports and SSO

Hello,
I've tried building an audit report using the audit report template already
defined in midPoint. When looking through the generated report I see a lot
of entries of the type "Create Session" with the initiator column being
empty (http://imgur.com/a/y8sZF).
I'm assuming this is related to the fact that I used SSO. I'm assuming
midPoint does not fetch the username from the HTTP header while populating
the audit trail. Any ideas on how to mitigate this?
Also as a side note, is there any way to place a CPU/memory threshold on a
particular task in midPoint (in this case the audit report). My instance
went down because of 100% CPU utilization. I actually had to suspend the
task via the REST API and reduce the timeframe of the report.
Thanks,
-F
