[midPoint] Recommended Java arg settings

Hi,
what would you recommend for setting of Java arguments?

We have midPoint with 6 connected resources, 250 users and daily
reconciliation. With -Xmx 1G, Tomcat virtual machine keeps crashing on
daily basis.

We would like to keep memory as low as possible, because we use Azure PaaS
and the memory is limited.
