[midPoint] Recommended Java arg settings

Hello Petr,

please make sure that -XX:MaxPermSize is at least 256m. Other things 
aside, missing this one can cause problems.

As for -Xmx, a few days ago Igor suggested to me having at least 4g. 
But, if perm size setting would not help, you could increase -Xmx to 2g, 
for start.
