[midPoint] CAS integration

Hi,
I try to integrate midpoint with cas following wiki -
https://wiki.evolveum.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=17760854
with no luck so far.

It even doesn't start communicate with cas server, as you can see in
attachment.

So here is couple of my questions:
- how should I start debugging this case?
- I use CAS server 4.x, is CAS client 3.3.3 compatible with it?
- in ctx-web-security, how should be service url set? the one ending with
j_spring_cas_security_check.
