[midPoint] From Subversion to Git

Hello all,

MidPoint development is switching from Subversion version control system 
to Git. Subversion served us well. But as midPoint begins to support 
non-centralized development models the centralized nature of Subversion 
no longer suits our needs.

Complete midPoint source code with entire history will be migrated to 
Git in few days. More exactly it will happen on Thursday 8th August in 
the evening (CEST). The last commits will go to Subversion on Thursday, 
next commits will go to Git on Friday morning. The subversion service 
will be shut down after the migration to avoid any misdirected commits 
or checkouts. The only method to retrieve midPoint sources after 
Thursday will be Git.

All the wiki documentation will be updated as the source code is 
migrated. The working draft that describes Git basic setup is here:
