[midPoint] Livesync and postponed events

Hello All,

We have a SQL table where the customer publishes changes in user profiles.
We'd like to use livesync to process this trusted data. Only a question:
how to process postponed events like planned moving to another position or
department? The customer publishes these events only once when their
planning is completed.
How do people solve this problem? Any best practices?
