[midPoint] delegation questions

Hi,

I'm testing Delegations and they seem to be working fine as is, i.e the built-in Delegator role.
I have two questions though:

- what authorization is required to be able to delete a delegation? The one I've found to work is #adminUnassign, is that correct? It feels like "too much"
- is it possible to not send notification to the "delegator"? Once you reach the top of an organisation, the CEO (or whatever) probably will delegate these kind of actions. To be able to not send the notification would be great.

Oh, and I'm on 4.8(.0) - haven't gotten around to check all the new releases and what they contain yet!
