[midPoint] Reset DefaultSecurityPolicy

Hi Michal,
you can use ninja to reimport any object from midPoint's initial objects.
E.g. to replace administrator user with the default one:
bash# cd /opt/training/midpoint
bash# ./bin/ninja.sh import --input
./doc/config/initial-objects/050-user-administrator.xml --overwrite
Use can use similar steps to reimport working Security policy.
You need to run ninja with user with access to config.xml. Please don't
leave config.xml readable for everyone.
