[midPoint] Bypass synchronization of a user during the reconciliation from a resource

I wonder if you could use a mapping to add a tag 
(https://docs.evolveum.com/midpoint/devel/design/simulations/tagging/) 
based on an attribute. You would have to be on a very recent version of 
midPoint, and I think the native repository is required.
