[midPoint] Setting LDAP attribute to signify that a change or changes have occurred for the user

We have a requirement to set a user attribute in LDAP that designates whenever a change or changes have occurred during the LDAP resource synchronization. Does anyone have a way to process this function within the LDAP resource?
