[midPoint] How to split basic panel for OrgType

I'm trying to split the basic OrgType panel with an extra container.
The following config is a part of appropriate archetype and applied to the
org.
There is no effect - still standard basic panel, non splitted.

The approach works fine in case of user and user archetype as "Customizing
GUI in MidPoint 4.4 Webinar" teaches.

Any idea what's wrong?
