[midPoint] Is it possible to certificate the entitlements, which are not assigned via a role?

Hello community,
we just had a look into the standard certification options in midpoint. We have the question:
Is it possible to certificate the entitlements, which are not assigned to user via a role? If yes, how to configure this certification?
For example: an entitlement was assigned to user directly by administrator in the application or via a entitlement request in IDM.
