[midPoint] User Access Certification - User Manager

Hi All,
I am new to Midpoint, I am trying to figure out a way to achieve User
Access Certification which goes to the Manager.
Based on the documentation and schema, we dont have a manager attribute for
users. Even if we extend it, we won't be able to use it in certification
launch where we can pick this attribute.

Organization have a manager concept and certification can be sent to them,
but creating a lot of organizations based on managers does not look like a
feasible solution.

Org(manager)--> Team Role--> (reportee)

Is there a way to achieve this?
