[midPoint] Lookup Table doesn't work in read only mode

Hello Fabian,


this looks like a bug in midPoint.


However, midPoint 4.2 is no longer supported. If you'd like to have this 
bug fixed (eventually), I recommend you to test it on the master branch, 
and if it's present there, create a JIRA issue - with the "No 
subscription (community)" status. Ideally, with all the files needed to 
reproduce the issue locally.


Of course, this does not guarantee it will be fixed. But it increases a 
chance it will be.
