Hi Yakov,
I think you can handle this requirement in the user object template. You can add a mapping that applies if the user will be deactivated using a condition. I don’t think that you need different strength. Hope that helps.

Hi,
I'd like to have normal strength for a DN attribute if a user is valid. I don't want to apply a strict policy on this kind of user.
But if the user is dismissed and validity is AFTER I'd like to move the user to OU=DISMISSED and this is a strict requirement.
Could you advise some best practice on this case?
