[midPoint] SyncScript.groovy with ScriptedSQL 2.2.1

Dear Community

Does anyone have an example of a SyncScript that runs with the new
scriptedsql connector? I fail with the handler and the ICFObjectBuilder. I
am struggling with the syncToken and the CREATE_OR_UPDATE operation. Does
anyone have a hint on how to pass this correctly?
