[midPoint] Error add credential

Hi,
I get error(org.identityconnectors.framework.common.exceptions.PermissionDeniedException(Error adding LDAP entry CN=????: unwillingToPerform: 0000001F: SvcErr: DSID-031A1254, problem 5003 (WILL_NOT_PERFORM), data 0?? (53)))
when I try to add user
Is there not enough rights for this operation?
It’s absolutely certain that this problem is due to a password.
