[midPoint] Strange error

Hi Keith,

I've seen this error in the past when the displayNameKey was missing in 
my connector. Could you verify you have a line something like:

@ConnectorClass(displayNameKey = "connector.federation.manager.display", 
configurationClass = Scim2Configuration.class)
