[midPoint] automaticallyApproved workflow workaround mP 4.0

Hello Ľubomír,

automaticallyCompleted should be the replacement for deprecated and 
removed automaticallyApproved option.

You should return either 'approve' or 'skip' if you want to 
automatically approve the request.
