[midPoint] LDAP errors

Hi,

Just by a quick look it looks like a bug in either the connector or 
directory API. There was a new release of LDAP connector 2.2 just a 
couple of days ago. This includes a newer Apache Directory API which 
includes a lot of bug fixes. It may be worth trying it out.

If the problem persist then please report the bug in our bug tracking 
system. We'll have a look at it.
