[midPoint] - v3.9 - Problem linking resource shadows

Hello community!

After update to v3.9 I observe a random errors on shadows imported from
the resources.
The shadows are imported into the midPoint repository with no problem,
but if I try to link the shadow to an user I got an error.

The workaround is to remove shadow from repository and import it once
again. Then it works OK.
On average, 4 out of 20 imported shadows are problematic.
