[midPoint] 404 error

Hi Luke,


which midPoint version? Are you perhaps using midPoint 3.7? In this
version the main URL is ending just with /, no /midpoint.


(Before and after 3.7 (including 3.7.1) we're using /midpoint).


If the problem is JDBC-related, you should see errors in midpoint.log file.
