[midPoint] XSD schema default attribut

Hello,

It seems that the attribut "default" do nothing in xsd schema extension... I find nothing about that in Jira.

My xsd :
<xsd:element name="accessTitle" type="xsd:string" default="Ici les acces iunfomation" >

I also try with fixed attribut, but nothing ... Bug ?
