[midPoint] reporting pending Actions

Hi

Is there anybody who did something like this?
I want to generate a periodical report of pending actions which may not
be executed because of an offline ressource.  A notification eveytime a
ressource goes offline would be needed too.
I saw the GUI-Ticket https://jira.evolveum.com/browse/MID-4835 for v3.9 
- is this in v3.9 possibly translatable into reports

Does anyone have some snippents or give me a pointer?
