[midPoint] Midpoint Eclipse plugin

Hello Tom,

it is very probably a certificate issue. (I've tried the installation 
today, and got a problem very similar to yours.)

After adding the StartCom CA certificate into your JRE, midPoint plugin 
can be installed (verified on my PC).

But maybe the most simple approach is to download the eclipse repository 
for the plugin from here: 
https://evolveum.com/downloads/midpoint-eclipse-plugin/com.evolveum.midpoint.eclipse.update-0.10.3-SNAPSHOT.zip 
and install it locally, as described on the above wiki page.
