    <p>it is very probably a certificate issue. (I've tried the
      installation today, and got a problem very similar to yours.)<br>

    <p>After adding the StartCom CA certificate into your JRE, midPoint
      plugin can be installed (verified on my PC).</p>
    <p>But maybe the most simple approach is to download the eclipse
      repository for the plugin from here: <a
href="https://evolveum.com/downloads/midpoint-eclipse-plugin/com.evolveum.midpoint.eclipse.update-0.10.3-SNAPSHOT.zip">https://evolveum.com/downloads/midpoint-eclipse-plugin/com.evolveum.midpoint.eclipse.update-0.10.3-SNAPSHOT.zip</a>
      and install it locally, as described on the above wiki page.</p>
