[midPoint] HA: SelfService v3.5 - basket

Hi,

Looks like there is defect in the code. The shopping cart is using a 
special function 
(ModelInteractionService.getAssignableRoleSpecification) to determine 
which items are assignable. However, this function is still the same as 
it was in previous (non-shopping-cart) GUI. The function is still built 
to support only roles. It should not be difficult to generalize it to 
other assignable types, but it is not how it is implemented now. This is 
obviously a bug:

We will fix that eventually. However the core team is currently quite 
busy and that may take some time - unless it is prioritized by a 
midPoint subscriber.
