[midPoint] Request a role - Add all to shopping card

Hello, on resource side the create action should be triggerd. Okay i see
this function does not exist.

Would it be possible to add a Button to the request a role Dialog? The
Button should add All roles from a selected User to the Shopping card? It
Would save a lot of clicks.
