[midPoint] Troubles with Live Sync for DELETED

Hi again.

LiveSync works fine with UNMATCHED, LINKED and UNLINKED... but it does not fetch DELETED accounts.

I had set an attribute named TIMESTAMP of type "datetime" in my ms sql table for HR.

this is my synchronizaton http://pastebin.com/nFzV6q4N

basically I just want to add a role to all deleted account from that table.
