[midPoint] approve provisioning from LiveSync

Hi,

it's not really a problem for me. We only wanted to have more control about new users, because they should have an attribute set that can not be parametrized. BTW, with a "new user" role we can easly find new user and set this attribute as intended.

And sorry but I have another question then... it's about livesync.

I'll create a new thread for that.
