[midPoint] Using create on demand for org units, create under specific root

See, I said it would be simple. I looked that over and a few others like it
a few times and it just did not register with me that "orgpath" was an
extension which it should have. So I just need to create an extension and
then base it off that. I am sure I can create a path within my scriptedsql
to populate it.
