[midPoint] admin UI date issue

Hi,

I haven't explored date presentation yet. All dates are internally 
presented in xsd:dateTime (extended ISO 8601) format, so they are safe. 
This is just a presentation issue. I'm afraid that changing a time 
format will currently require customization of midPoint code. Having a 
more complete localization/internationalization/customization solution 
would be really nice, but it is not in our plans for this release.
