[midPoint] Install on Windows

Hi Louis,

I now downloaded midpoint-3.3.1-dist.zip
<https://evolveum.com/downloads/midpoint/3.3.1/midpoint-3.3.1-dist.zip> and
put midpoint.war to tomcat 7.0.61 webapps dir and I have empty
midpoint.home.
For me it's working.

What version of midPoint and tomcat do you use?
Please send me a tomcat logs and idm.log also if you problem is also actual.
