[midPoint] Install on Windows

Hi Everyone,

I'm testing Midpoint with Openldap and trying to install on windows for a test.
I've built apache tomcat for windows and works fine.
Then I download midpoint.war and put it on webapps directory of tomcat. When starting tomcat, it is not reachable on port 8080. Everything fine when removing midpoint.
