[midPoint] Ports Used

Hi Jason,

I understand that you use default connector server port 8759.
1433 and 3306 are for MS SQL and MySQL respectively.

You may also need to open outbound SMTP communiction from midPoint to
one of your SMTP servers.

Other than that it should be OK unless you provision something different
than AD/Exchange and those two DB.

Are you running midPoint cluster? You may need to enable JMX
communication between the nodes (I remember to have such problem
definitely more than once ...)
