[midPoint] Feature Request, maybe extends MID-936

Can something be developed to filter out disabled users from the midpoint
users list, I noticed there was a JIRA for archiving so maybe it would go
with that or extend. Maybe a filter for any kind of status, accounts on
certain resource, accounts without resource, etc..

Reasoning,

In the future, when we deploy Midpoint, once I get all the development
done, we will have over 6,000 disabled users in Midpoint. We only have
1,000 active faculty/staff,students at any given time and being able to
filter out disabled users from the Users list in Midpoint would make it
easier to sort through accounts when needed. We never delete accounts, they
just get disabled and if that student ever comes back for another program
or degree it gets reactivated.
