[midPoint] addFocus vs addUser reactions.

Hi Deepak,

according to
https://github.com/Evolveum/midpoint/blob/master/model/model-impl/src/main/resources/ctx-model.xml
the addUser (and other pre-3.0) actions are now deprecated and used for
backward compability only just as you assumed.
