Hi -

Just a general question. Is there any subtle difference between

                <action>
                   
<handlerUri>http://midpoint.evolveum.com/xml/ns/public/model/action-3#addFocus</handlerUri>
                </action>

and

                    <action
ref="http://midpoint.evolveum.com/xml/ns/public/model/action-3#addUser"/>


Or is it just the latter just present for backward compatibility with
pre 3.0 verisons of Midpoint?
