[midPoint] SOAP service API

Hello Nik,

unfortunately there is a bug in Bamboo continuous integration server 
that we use, so we can't automate generation of javadocs from svn 
repository. You can generate your own javadocs using maven

mvn javadoc:aggregate-jar

Html file of your concern is in the attachment.
