[midPoint] SOAP service API

Hello Nik,

The html file of your concern is not the same as 
https://svn.evolveum.com/midpoint/trunk/model/model-api/src/main/java/com/evolveum/midpoint/model/api/ModelService.java 
. Information on svn is always up to date, information on neptunus was 
more detailed. Unfortunately neptunus server is down. All information 
will be migrated to athena server in next future. We have tool producing 
javadocs from source code turned off at this moment. As soon as we 
configure it and javadocs are generated again, we will give you know. We 
will send you a file or we will provide link to new location.
