[midPoint] CSV - 'deleted' situation

It looks like there is no difference in processing if we declare the delete
situation with unlinking explicitly or we skip declaration of this
situation.
I couldn't find any reference to processing of the situation in the audit
log as well as in operationExecution data.
I use mp4.4.3
