[midPoint] Google Apps group membership synchronization

Hello,

We are working with the google apps resource trying to synchronize group
membership of users.
We tried using the default google apps resource example but there is no
association node. We tried adding an association node on several ways but
we don't get any result.

Does anyone have an example of a google apps resource with group membership
synchronization?
