<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">I have a role and a metarole assigned to it that has a couple of inducements to trigger approval process towards the user’s manager when the role is requested. The problem is that the access request doesn’t trigger the
approval workflow, and the role gets assigned immediately. However, the approval does trigger when I do it via the admin GUI and go to the person and make the assignment directly.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
