We built a new Midpoint test/Developer box. When I try to install the Google apps connect through Maven it never prompts me to enter the client id and client secret. The app appears to build correctly with no errors. Is there something I need to modify to
the newest connector in Github. The box is running Ubuntu 18.04, Midpoint 4.0.2, and Maven 1.6.</div>
