seems your mysql user permissions are not set correctly.<br>

Have you checked/applied the
samples/resources/mysqluser/init-mysql.sql example?<br>

For example:<br>

GRANT ALL on *.* TO 'midpointadmin'@'%' WITH GRANT OPTION;<br>
