[midPoint] Release announcement of midPoint 4.10.2

the Evolveum team is proud to announce maintenance releases of midPoint 4.10.2. 
This release brings i mproved accessibility and usability (WCAG 2.2 AA compliance) of the self-service user interface and miscellaneous bug fixes.
